001 Confirmation code isn't working



Smartphone issued confirmation codes
 
Startup the 2 step verification app (Google Authentication or a compatible app) from your
smartphone and input the corresponding niconico 6 digit number.
 
Check the following below if you are unable to login after entering the 6 digit number:

・Are your smartphone date and time settings correct?
・Have the correct numbers been entered?
 
 
Email issued confirmation codes
 
Enter the 6 digit number included in the email sent to your account email.

If you fail to receive an email from niconico, it may have been allocated to your junk mail.

Issued Back up codes

 
Users with a backup code (8 digit number) can login via the "Use backup code and login"
option from the 2 step verification screen.

*Backup codes can only be used once, so please be sure to use a new code.

*Please also review your 2 step verification settings after using your backup code to login.
