How to turn on Flash Player with Firefox

Open Firefox's upper right-hand menu and click on the icon:

Once the Firefox Add-ons manager menu appears, click on the menu option

Search for "Shockwave Flash from the plugin list. Then from the pull down menu click
Always Activate
and close the Add-ons manager page.
