How to turn on Flash Player with Safari
1)
From the Safari menu click
Preferences

From the preference settings menu click on the tab for
Security
From there, check the following tag check boxes:
Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins

From the plugin settings menu search for
Adobe Flash Player
and from the pull down next to "www.nicovideo.jp" select
Allow
then click on DONE and close menu window.
