How to activate Flash Player with Internet Explorer
1)
Click on the upper-right hand tool icon from Internet Explorer. Click on the menu for
Add-ons
from the list.

Once the settings Inter Explorer Add-ons menu appears, search for the add-on type
Tool Bar and Enlarge function
and click on this option.

from the bottom right and close out the settings window.
